Child & Extra Bed Policy
Children under 6 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Children aged 6 to under 12 years are charged 50% of the applicable adult meal rate.
Extra beds must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Local Sri Lankan resident rates in LKR are applicable for Sri Lankan citizens and resident visa holders. Verification (NIC or Passport) may be requested at check-in.
Foreign guests booking in USD receive comprehensive wellness and resort inclusions as detailed in their booking.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Flexible Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made within 7 days or no-shows, the initial advance deposit is non-refundable.
Secure Online Payment: All credit and debit card transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption via PayHere Payment Gateway. We do not store card credentials.
Direct Sanctuary Payments: Direct payments are credited immediately to Kingdom Sanctuary Hotel's verified merchant account. Official digital receipts are issued instantaneously upon payment confirmation.
Disputes & Refunds
If a dispute arises with regard to a payment or reservation made with Kingdom Sanctuary Hotel, the management has the sole authority to resolve or cancel the transaction by informing the guest via email. The payment amount will be refunded in full minus any bank or gateway processing fees to the original payment method.
